Postnatal Pilates (Babes Welcome) at the Real Birth Studio
A gentle postnatal Pilates class where you can move, breathe and rebuild with your baby by your side — or enjoy time just for you if you prefer. Sessions focus on safe, functional movement to support recovery, strength and connection after birth. These sessions will help to rebuild confidence and honour the changes your body has been through as you settle into this new season of womanhood.
